Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with Eden Film Co. If your question is not answered here, please do not hesitate to reach out.

How much does a corporate video cost?
Our projects typically range from $10,000 to $100,000 depending on scope, duration, number of shoot days, locations, talent, and post-production complexity. We provide detailed, transparent proposals after an initial discovery call so you know exactly what you are investing in and what you will receive.
How long does a video production take from start to finish?
Most projects take 4-8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. A typical timeline includes 1-2 weeks of pre-production (scripting, planning, logistics), 1-3 shoot days, and 2-4 weeks of post-production (editing, color grading, sound design, revisions). Rush timelines are available for time-sensitive projects.
Do you work outside of Houston?
Absolutely. While we are headquartered in Houston, Texas, we serve clients nationally and have produced content across the United States. Our client roster includes national brands like Breitling, Ritz Carlton, Walmart, and Howard Hughes, and we regularly travel for productions.
What is included in a brand film project?
A brand film typically includes concept development, scriptwriting, location scouting, professional cinematography, directing, editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, music licensing, and final delivery in multiple formats. We handle everything from initial concept to final delivery.
Do you provide drone and aerial cinematography?
Yes, we offer professional drone cinematography as part of our production services. Aerial footage can add dramatic scope and perspective to corporate, real estate, and event content. All drone operations are conducted by licensed pilots in full compliance with FAA regulations.
What equipment do you use?
We shoot on cinema-grade camera systems paired with premium lenses, professional lighting, and broadcast-quality audio equipment. Our post-production suite includes industry-standard editing, color grading, and motion graphics software. We select equipment based on each project’s specific creative and technical requirements.
How many revisions are included?
Our standard project scope includes two rounds of revisions on the rough cut and one round on the fine cut. Additional revision rounds can be accommodated and are outlined in each project proposal. We also present a detailed creative brief and treatment before production begins to ensure alignment.
Can you create content for multiple platforms?
Yes. We routinely deliver content formatted for websites, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), broadcast television, digital advertising, presentations, and trade shows. Multi-platform deliverables are planned from the start of production to ensure optimal results on every platform.
Do you handle music licensing?
Yes. We source and license music for every project, selecting tracks that enhance the emotional impact of the content while ensuring full legal clearance. We work with premium music libraries and can also commission original compositions for projects that require a unique sonic identity.
What is the first step to working with Eden Film Co?
The first step is a discovery call. We will discuss your project goals, timeline, budget range, and creative vision. From there, we will prepare a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. There is no obligation — we want to make sure we are the right fit for your project before moving forward.
Do you offer ongoing content retainers?
Yes. Many of our clients engage us on monthly or quarterly retainers for ongoing content needs, including social media video, internal communications, and campaign content. Retainer arrangements offer priority scheduling, volume pricing, and a production team that is already deeply familiar with your brand.
What industries do you specialize in?
We have deep experience in energy, luxury hospitality, real estate and development, music and entertainment, and engineering and technology. However, our cinematic approach applies to any industry. If your brand values quality and wants premium video content, we can help.
